BEAMA will be holding a seminar on Defects Liability on Wednesday 11th November 2015 at the Arden Hotel near Birmingham International.
Defects liability is one of the most complex areas of commercial and contract law involving both express, implied and statutory obligations. The seminar will explore all of these and the methods to control these liabilities using contractual exclusions and limitations as well as an examining the approaches to defects liability found in different types of contract. The seminar will be of benefit to anyone who deals with the placing or management of contracts.
