These initiatives include the installation of on-site solar panels, moving to certified 100% renewable energy, switching all our lighting to LED sensors, centralised temperature controls, and tinted windows. These improvements gave Millbrook House a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) rating of 84 (the benchmark equivalent being 100).

We have also achieved an 80% water reduction by improving our washroom facilities, zero waste to landfill and to improve biodiversity in our landscaping, we partnered with the Hampshire Wildlife Trust to conduct a Phase 1 habitat study.
