Underfloor Heating

Efficient comfort from a range of heat sources - A low temperature and high comfort solution for all wet central heating systems.

BEAMA's Role in Underfloor Heating

Wet underfloor heating (UFH) is a proven low temperature distribution solution that improves system efficiency and delivers consistent comfort through even heat distribution.  Suited to maximising heating appliance performance (boiler or a heat pump) UFH maximises comfort by heating a room evenly from the floor to the ceiling.  Efficient and comfortable heat distribution can also be achieved with electric UFH solutions.

We work with industry and stakeholders to develop guidance for installers and end users, while supporting the role of underfloor heating within future regulation and efficient system design, including the Home Energy Model and Energy Performance Certificates.
