BEAMA would like to welcome Joe Ellwood of ABB E-Mobility UK Ltd as its newly appointed Vice Chairman of the BEAMA Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Group.
Following twenty years in working for Furse in the lightning protection industry, Joe joined ABB’s E-Mobility team in 2019 He has since worked with key clients to realise a number of large projects and was instrumental in launching the Terra AC product range in the summer of 2020. Joe played a lead role in ensuring ABB’s compliance with smart charging legislation. He works with end users and specifiers to help them choose the right solution to meet their EV charging needs.
Joe has an honours degree in Communication Engineering from De Montfort University.
