UKCA Marking – Government Guidance update

Following the announcements on (i) the 12 month extension of the deadline for mandatory UKCA marking to 1st January 2023 and (ii) the further 12 month extension of the period when the UKCA marking can be on a label, packaging or accompanying documentation for any product to 1st January 2024, the Government guidance has been updated https://www.gov.uk/guidance/using-the-ukca-marking
