UKCA guidance survey

BEIS have developed a short online survey to gather feedback on the government’s UKCA guidance.
We would be grateful if you could support BEIS by answering the questions within the survey. Please also feel free to distribute the survey to your members.
The survey consists of 4 questions and should take 5-7 minutes at most. We would be grateful for responses by 22 December 2021.

The survey responses will be critical in understanding how the government can effectively engage with and support businesses to adapt to the UKCA requirements.
Personal Data handling
The survey responses from your members will be treated as commercial-in-confidence and their personal data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Responses will not be explicitly attributed to any individual or company, and data will be reported in the form of aggregated findings.
The personal data collected and stored are email addresses, which will be used to contact willing participants regarding UKCA guidance in the future. Any personal or identifying information will be stored separately from your responses.

Additionally, you may have seen that we have postponed the December meeting of the group, and plan to hold this in January instead. If we don’t speak before the end of the year, I’d like to thank you for all your support and advice this year on UKCA implementation and we look forward to continue working with you in the New Year.
