Rapid Charging fund update

The UK’s Rapid Charging Fund was flagged up in the March 2020 Budget with a pledge for £500m for rapid charging support over 5 years
- It will fund a portion of the costs at various strategic sites ‘where upgrading connections to meet future demand for high powered chargepoints is prohibitively expensive and uncommercial’
- It applies to England only
