A Practical Guide to Understanding the Specific Requirements of CPR, published by Orgalime in May. BEAMA products unaffected by the former CPD should continue to be unaffected by the revision from a directive to this Regulation, however some products may appear to customers to be covered, and some explanation may be needed in the event of customer queries. This guide explains how to check if you are under an obligation to provide a Declaration of Performance under the CPR.  BEAMA has developed further guidance to help answer queries from customers, but first we recommend to read the guide, and consult the standards list to check firstly that you are not under any DoP obligations.   For further information please contact [email protected].
