Orgalime present draft industry letter pushing for self assessment as an option in the Cyber Security Act

Orgalime have drafted an industry letter which will be co-signed by a number of EU trade bodies. This outlines concerns from industry that the Act doesn't cater for options including self assessment and a more volutnary market led approach to cyber security, certainly for lower risk products. BEAMA are minded to support this as it follows a similar position to that presented in response to a recent DCMS consultation and our previous support for the Orgalime position in response to the Act.
