Statutory Instrument 2019/465 The Construction Products (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulation 2019 was passed through Parliament on 5th March 2019 and will take effect on the day the UK leaves the EU if there is a no deal scenario. This is the UK version of the EU Construction Products Regulation.
