Cybersecurity act Council decision
08 June 2018
The Council agreed its general approach on the proposal, known as the Cybersecurity Act proposed by the Commission in September 2017 as a part of a wide-ranging set of measures to deal with cyber-attacks and to build strong cybersecurity in the EU. The proposal will upgrade the current European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) into a permanent EU agency for cybersecurity.
