BEAMA mini-summit: major regulatory changes for installers – what's coming and what it means

27 Apr 2026

Installers are facing one of the most significant periods of regulatory change in recent years – and BEAMA is hosting a mini-summit to make sure they're ready for it.

Taking place on Wednesday 20th May at 11am, the live online briefing will cover the key changes across controls regulations and energy policy that are set to affect installers and their customers, with the opportunity to put questions directly to a panel of BEAMA experts.

Presenting on the day will be Kelly Butler, Director of External Affairs, Swetta Coopamah, Head of Smart Energy Systems, and Matt Adams, Head of Electrical Transport Systems – between them covering five of the most pressing areas of change currently facing the sector:

  • Energy labelling, EPCs and heating controls
  • Energy flexibility and smart appliances
  • EV charging requirements
  • Healthy homes and indoor air quality
  • Live panel Q&A

The webinar is free to attend and open to anyone working in or around the installer market. It is being hosted in conjunction with InstallerONLINE
