CMA Draft Guidance on environmental claims on goods and services

The Competitions and Markets Authority have issued draft guidance on environmental claims on goods and services.  This may be of interest to our members who are looking at their own product claims. The guidance helps to protect businesses from unfair competition and protect consumers from misleading environmental claims. We are asking for feedback from our members by the 12th July
