BMA: The Bathroom Manufacturers Association. Provides an independent forum for bathroom manufacturers trading in the UK to properly discuss and debate matters of mutual interest. CHPA: Combined Heat and Power Association. Works to promote the wider use of combined heat and power and community heating.

CPA: Construction Products Association. Represents the UK's manufacturers and suppliers of construction products components and fittings.

ECA: Electrical Contractors Association. Represents electrical, electronic, installation engineering and building services companies.

EDA: Electrical Distributors Association. The Trade Association for the UK electrical wholesale distribution industry.

ERA: Energy Retail Association. Represents the major electricity and gas suppliers on the domestic market.

HVCA: Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association. Represents the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, air con and refrigeration products and equipment.

HWA: Hot Water Association. Formed through the union of 2 industry trade bodies;WMA (Waterheater Manufacturers Association) and MODUS (Manufacturers of Domestic Unvented Systems).

LIF: Lighting Industry Federation. Promotes and develops the UK lighting market for the long term benefit of its members and all other stakeholders.

OFTEC: Oil Firing Technical Association. Promoting excellence in oil heating and cooking.

REA: Renewable Energy Association. Represents a wide variety of organisations, including generators, project developers, fuel and power suppliers, equipment producers and service providers.

SBGI: The Society of British Gas Industries. Trade association for the gad industry, including most major domestic boiler manufacturers.
