Water Temperature Control

Taps equipped with a Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV), deliver water at the correct temperature for hand washing and bathing. This reduces risk of scalding for the young, elderly or infirm.
 
Showers and baths can be pre-programmed to deliver the correct temperature. As with room temperature,  water temperature can be controlled to deliver the required temperature at the appropriate place save an enormous amount of energy.
