BEAMA is delighted to once again be the British Trade Association responsible for the group of British companies at Middle East Electricity in Dubai.

The Exhibition

This will be the 37th edition of Middle East Electricity held annually at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre. 1,000 exhibitors from 50 countries, attracted more than 45,000 visitors at the last edition in February this year; the event continues to develop, which further strengthens Dubai’s strategic importance to local, regional and international energy industry professionals.

With the valuable support of DEWA, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the exhibition covers all aspects of the Energy Sector in the region, a region that can lay claim to being the world’s most rapidly expanding energy market meeting the ever increasing demands of a burgeoning population.

If you have any interest in doing business in this region, you MUST be at Middle East Electricity!

BEAMA Group stand

We have secured a prime site, in hall 6 (   Middle East Electricity 2012 Hall Plan with BEAMA Group Stand Location)  and will facilitate your participation to ensure a smooth exhibiting experience for you. The proposed design of the BEAMA group stands is above, and our price of £670.00 per square metre (until 15th September) is inclusive of raw space, construction of the stands, electrical connection & consumption and stand furniture.

In addition there is a one off BEAMA administration fee of £700.00, which covers all liaison between exhibitors and the organisers and contractors, on-site administration, information stand, stand cleaning, public liability insurance, publicity, and advice on travel, accommodation and shipping.

Grants available

BEAMA is pleased that UK Trade & Investment have once again recognised the importance of this event and to this end there are Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) grants available of £1,000 for those companies that meet the criteria, details of which are attached as is the TAP grant application form. Please note that only a small number of grants are available  and will be approved by UKTI on a first come, first served basis.
