Hydronic (WaterBased) UnderFloor Heating

Our Waterline Master System range has been specifically designed to meet all of the customer’s requirements in an underfloor heating, and heating & cooling installation. These specialised products carry the same promise as all of our thermostats for comfort heating – from ease of installation to operation, we work with you to find the solution that makes your customer comfortable. The WLM2 Waterline system promotes versatility for underfloor heating, or heating & cooling applications. All systems can be installed in either a standalone or networked solution.

For commercial installations, we have a Trend® BMS interface capable of controlling up to 16 manifolds per network. This BMS interface plug-and-play component makes it very simple to connect the underfloor heating into the Trend® BMS system.

For the smaller commercial or domestic non-BMS installation, we will soon be launching our Floor Management System interface – allowing the user to view and control their underfloor heating system via a laptop using wireless technology – adding extra dimensions of control and monitoring not normally associated with this level of installation.

Electric Floor Heating

Our range of thermostats provides precise control of the environment; from basic on/off operation through to fully programmable. OJ Electronics have spent many years developing controls that offer reliability as well as ease of installation and intuitive programming. By using PI control we can maintain comfort whilst offering maximum energy efficiency.

Our new Comfort System4TM allows up to 16 zone control. All remote thermostats are controlled from a central location within the home. This means any alterations required can be achieved quickly and simply. Each thermostat communicates with the Central Controller using the latest radio frequency technology to give reliable control time and again.

HVAC

We have a full range of controls for heating, ventilation and air conditioning; from web based controllers to pressure transducers and thyristor stage heating controllers.
