BEAMA provides the Secretariat Services for the Smart Specifications Working Group (SSWG).

HAN Interoperability demonstration event - March 20th
On March 20th SSWG held a HAN interoperability demonstration event aimed at showing the interoperability between meters, comm’s hubs and In-Home Displays, in a Home Area Network, using the ZigBee platform. Units from different manufacturers were demonstrated operating together as shown in the gallery below.
