	BEAMA Legal will provide written and oral advice to member companies on virtually any aspect of commercial law. The most frequent area of inquiry is on contractual issues, whether on sale of goods, maintenance and repair, agency and distribution, confidentiality agreements or elsewhere. We can provide help in a number of other areas, which have included such subjects as competition, product liability, public and utility procurement, intellectual property, counterfeiting and origin marking. Where we are unable to provide specialised advice in any area we can normally point to sources of information. Unless very detailed work is required on a particular problem, such advice is free to members.
